Our Company
Helping people understand and protect what their working life has earned.
Arun Justice was built around a simple belief: that legal support for pension matters should feel human, clear, and considerate — not cold or hurried.
Back to HomeOur Story
Where Arun Justice began
Arun Justice came together in early 2019 when a small group of Bangkok-based legal professionals noticed the same pattern repeating: people arriving with pension concerns that were entirely legitimate, yet feeling uncertain about whether they had any standing to question a decision or even ask for clarification.
The name Arun — meaning dawn in Thai — was chosen deliberately. Questions about pensions often arise during transitional periods: retirement, the loss of a spouse, a dispute with a former employer. These moments carry real weight. We wanted the name to carry a sense of something beginning rather than ending, of light rather than confusion.
From the outset, we decided that our practice would operate differently from a conventional disputes firm. We would spend as much time explaining as we would advocating. We would be honest when the prospects of a challenge were slim. And we would never push someone toward a course of action they were not ready for or comfortable with.
Today, Arun Justice serves clients across Thailand and expatriates navigating Thai pension structures from abroad. Our work spans initial consultations, formal appeals, and sustained representation — all carried out with the same unhurried, transparent approach.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
These are not aspirations — they are the practical standards that shape every matter we handle.
Professional Registration
All legal advisors at Arun Justice are registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand and hold current practising certificates. Our qualifications are kept up to date with annual professional development.
Data & Confidentiality
Client documents and personal data are stored securely and never shared with third parties without explicit consent. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Clear Communication
We commit to providing written summaries after each meeting, so you always have a record of what was discussed and what, if anything, was agreed. No ambiguity.
Ethical Practice
We follow the professional ethics rules of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. We decline cases where a conflict of interest exists and are transparent about the boundaries of our work.
Transparent Fees
Our fees are fixed and set out clearly before any work begins. There are no hidden charges. For representation matters, the full scope and cost is confirmed in writing in advance.
Ongoing Legal Education
Thai pension legislation evolves. Our team participates in regular training and monitors regulatory developments to ensure our advice reflects current law and practice.
About Our Work
Pension legal matters in Thailand require a particular kind of care
Thailand's pension frameworks — spanning the Social Security Fund, the Government Pension Fund, and various occupational arrangements — are detailed and, in places, genuinely complex. Decisions made by administrators are not always straightforward to interpret, and the process for questioning them involves specific documentation and procedural steps that are easy to miss without professional guidance.
At Arun Justice, our work centres on three areas: helping people understand what their pension records actually say, assisting those who believe a decision was made in error, and providing sustained support through formal proceedings when that is what the situation calls for. We work in Thai and English, which is particularly useful for expatriates and for Thai nationals dealing with internationally-related pension arrangements.
We are based in the Asok area of Bangkok, which puts us close to the Social Security Office's regional operations and to the administrative bodies relevant to government pension matters. Our office is easy to reach by BTS and MRT, and consultations can also be arranged remotely where that is more convenient.
Our approach to fees reflects our broader philosophy: straightforward, disclosed upfront, and proportionate to the work involved. We believe that a person who has questions about their pension should be able to explore those questions without committing to significant expense before they understand what they are dealing with.
