I came in with a stack of pension documents that made no sense to me. After an hour with Araya, I left with a clear picture of where I stood and what my options were. She did not push me in any direction — just laid it out plainly. I appreciated that very much.

As a British national who has worked in Thailand for many years, navigating the Social Security system was genuinely confusing. The team handled everything in English and were patient with my questions. The appeal they drafted was well-structured and clearly referenced the relevant regulations. Still awaiting the outcome, but the process has felt manageable.

My late husband's pension had been incorrectly calculated for several years. Arun Justice took on the full representation and handled everything — the submissions, the correspondence, the hearing. It took about four months but the error was corrected. They kept me informed throughout without me having to chase anyone.

I want to be honest — I was sceptical that there was much that could be done about my situation. The consultation changed that. They explained clearly what had happened and why there was a reasonable basis for an appeal. I did not feel sold to. Just well-informed. The written summary they sent afterwards was very useful to have.

The consultation helped me understand why my pension application had stalled. It turned out there was a missing contribution record from a previous employer. The team helped me gather the evidence and the matter was resolved without needing a formal appeal. I wish I had come sooner rather than waiting so long.

Professional, bilingual, and genuinely unhurried. I had been worried that engaging a lawyer would mean pressure to do things quickly and spend more than I intended. That was not my experience at all. The fee was what they said it would be, the process was as they described, and the result was a successful appeal. Hard to ask for more than that.

Case Study · Appeal Drafting
The Situation
A retired teacher in her early sixties received a pension calculation that appeared to exclude two years of qualifying contributions from a period of temporary government contract work. The figure she received was significantly lower than expected.
Our Approach
Following a Clarity Consultation, we identified the source of the discrepancy — a record-keeping gap at the employing agency. We gathered employment certificates and cross-referenced contribution records to build a clear evidential basis, then drafted a formal response to the Government Pension Fund.
The Outcome
The Fund reviewed the submission and corrected the calculation within six weeks, adding two years to the qualifying period. Corrected payments began the following month. Total engagement: approximately eight weeks.
"I had accepted the figure they gave me for nearly a year before a friend suggested I look into it. I am glad I did." — Client, Bangkok
Case Study · Full Representation
The Situation
A widower sought to claim his late wife's pension entitlement from her former employer's occupational scheme. The scheme administrators had rejected the claim, citing a procedural ground that appeared, on review, to be incorrectly applied.
Our Approach
We took on full representation, reviewing the scheme rules in detail and preparing a detailed submission challenging the grounds for rejection. We attended two meetings with the scheme administrators and, when the initial response was unsatisfactory, escalated to a formal hearing.
The Outcome
The hearing panel upheld the claim. The entire process took approximately four months. The client received the entitlement from the date of original claim plus an adjustment for the delay period.
"They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. The outcome was more than I had hoped for." — Client, Nonthaburi
Case Study · Clarity Consultation
The Situation
A long-term expatriate from Australia wanted to understand how her Thai Social Security contributions would interact with her Australian superannuation entitlement upon retirement. She had received conflicting information from different sources.
Our Approach
We conducted a Pension Clarity Consultation reviewing her contribution records and the relevant Thai Social Security provisions. We clarified what she had accumulated, how the Thai scheme worked for expatriates, and what documentation she would need when the time came to claim.
The Outcome
No formal action was needed — the situation was clearer than she had feared. She left the consultation with a written summary of her position and a checklist of actions to take before retirement. No further service was required at that stage.
"It was a relief to have someone simply explain things clearly without immediately trying to take on the whole matter for a large fee." — Client, Bangkok
